Team Tasks
The Team Tasks tab shows the work carried by every delivery team you belong to, in one place.
Each delivery team already has its own Tasks tab on its model item page — but reaching it means knowing which team to open and navigating to it. If you sit across several teams, Team Tasks saves you that trip and shows them all together.
Why this is useful
The most valuable thing on this tab is the unclaimed work: tasks a team is explicitly responsible for that nobody has picked up yet. That pool is where you can most cheaply relieve a bottleneck, and it is easy to miss when it is spread across several team pages.
Unassigned tasks are therefore shown first within each team.
What appears here
One group per active delivery team whose Members list includes you. Within each team, tasks are split into three sections:

Each team’s task list uses the same cards, dependency chips, and status badges as the rest of ArchRepo, so nothing here needs to be learnt separately.
How a task reaches a team
A task belongs to a team when either:
- the team explicitly holds it — the task is listed against the Delivery Team directly; or
- it is assigned to a member of that team, and that person belongs to only that one team.
This is the same rule the project Progress tab uses to calculate effort per team, so the tasks shown here always reconcile with the figures reported there — and with the team’s own Tasks tab.
Shared members (cross-team)
If someone belongs to more than one delivery team and their task is not explicitly held by any of them, ArchRepo will not guess which team should carry it. Those tasks appear in a separate Shared members (cross-team) group at the bottom of the team, collapsed by default, and are excluded from the team’s count.
They are shown rather than hidden so nothing disappears silently — but they are not counted against any single team, because doing so would double-count the work.
To resolve one, assign the task explicitly to a Delivery Team.
Read and navigate
Team Tasks is a viewing surface. You can open any task to work on it, but tasks cannot be reordered or claimed directly from this tab — do that from the task itself or from the team’s own page.
When the tab is empty
If you see “You are not a member of any active delivery team”, your email is not on any Delivery Team’s Members list. Ask your delivery lead to add you — membership is set on the Delivery Team model item, not in your personal settings.
